Help us reproduce the problem
- Include the page URL and the tool you were using.
- Describe the result you expected and what happened instead.
- For a calculation issue, include the exact input colors.
- For a layout issue, include your browser and screen size.
- For a correction, quote the sentence and include a supporting reference if available.
Please leave out passwords, payment details, and private files that are not needed to explain the issue.
Before you email
If a saved palette is missing, check the browser and device where it was saved. ColorRow does not currently sync saved work between devices. If the live catalogue is unavailable, you can still use the generator and the static collection examples.
For calculation definitions, check the methodology. For data questions, read the Privacy Policy. Email delivery and response times can vary; no fixed response time is promised.
